ABSTRAK YUHANA FETRI. 2025. NIM 232012063, judul Tesis “PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN TRANSFORMASIONAL DAN BUDAYA SEKOLAH TERHADAP ORGANIZATIONAL CITIZENSHIP BEHAVIOR (OCB) GURU SMP DI LAREH SAGO HALABAN”. Program Studi Manajemen Pendidikan Islam Program Pasca Sarjana Universitas Islam Negeri Mahmud Yunus Batusangkar tahun 2025. Pokok permasalahan dalam tesis ini adalah tentang faktor yang mempengaruhi dalam peningkatan Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) guru SMP di Kecamatan Lareh Sago Halaban, yaitu kepemimpinan transformasional dan budaya sekolah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: Dapat mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah terhadap OCB guru SMP di Lareh Sago Halaban, dapat mengetahui pengaruh budaya sekolah terhadap OCB guru SMP di Lareh Sago Halaban, dan dapat mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah dan budaya sekolah terhadap OCB guru SMP di Lareh Sago Halaban. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian korelasi dengan metode kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui angket yaitu: angket kepemimpinan transformasional, angket budaya sekolah dan angket OCB guru. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua guru SMP di Kecamatan Lareh Sago Halaban dengan jumlah sampel 84 orang. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi sederhana dan regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh signifikan kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap OCB guru. Ini ditunjukan oleh nilai sig 0.05 untuk uji t (parsial). Selanjutnya temuan kedua membuktikan adanya pengaruh budaya sekolah terhadap OCB guru, juga didapatkan dari nilai sig 0,05 dengan uji t (parsial). Kemudian temuan terakhir didapatkan adanya pengaruh signifikan kepemimpinan transformasional dan budaya sekolah terhadap OCB guru SMP di Kecamatan Lareh sago Halaban yang diperoleh berdasarkan uji simultan atau uji F, dengan nilai sig 0,05. Implikasii dari penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah perlu mengadopsi pendekatan kepemimpinan yang visioner, inspiratif, dan peduli terhadap kebutuhan individu guru. Hal ini akan menciptakan motivasi yang lebih tinggi bagi guru untuk melampaui tugas formal mereka. ABSTRACT YUHANA FETRI. 2025. The main problem in this thesis is about the factors that influence the improvement of Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) of junior high school teachers in Lareh Sago Halaban District, namely transformational leadership and school culture. The purpose of this study is: To determine the influence of the principal's transformational leadership on the OCB of junior high school teachers in Lareh Sago Halaban, to determine the influence of school culture on the OCB of junior high school teachers in Lareh Sago Halaban, and to determine the influence of the principal's transformational leadership and school culture on the OCB of junior high school teachers in Lareh Sago Halaban. This type of research is a correlation study with a quantitative method. Data collection techniques through questionnaires, namely: transformational leadership questionnaires, school culture questionnaires and teacher OCB questionnaires. The population in this study were all junior high school teachers in Lareh Sago Halaban District with a sample size of 84 people. The data analysis techniques used were simple regression and multiple regression. The results of the study showed that there was a significant influence of transformational leadership on teacher OCB. This is indicated by the sig value 0.05 for the t test (partial). Furthermore, the second finding proves the influence of school culture on teacher OCB, also obtained from the sig value 0.05 with the t test (partial). Then the last finding obtained a significant influence of transformational leadership and school culture on OCB of junior high school teachers in Lareh Sago Halaban District which was obtained based on simultaneous test or F test, with a sig value 0.05. The implication of this study is that the principal needs to adopt a visionary, inspiring, and caring leadership approach to the individual needs of teachers. This will create higher motivation for teachers to go beyond their formal duties.
