Perancangan Sistem Informasi Manajemen Dapodik Sekolah Dasar di SDN 04 Sumpur Berbasis Web

Ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi informasi berkembang sangat pesat, dan banyak menghasilkan pengetahuan baru yang senantiasa terus berkembang dan berubah ke arah yang lebih baik. Teknologi Informasi harus diterapkan disetiap kehidupan ini, termasuk dalam dunia pendidikan, agar dapat meningkatkan efektifitas dan efisiensi kerja. Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilakukan pada SDN 04 Sumpur, maka ditemukan permasalahan mengenai Manajemen Pendataan Data Pokok Pendidikan Sekolah Dasar dimana pada saat pendataan data pokok pendidikan (Dapodik) masih didata secara manual dengan mengisi formulir yang dibagikan pihak sekolah. Oleh karena itu diperlukan sistem informasi manajemen dapodik guna membantu admin dapodik sekolah dalam pendataan dapodik sekolah dasar agar lebih mudah dan cepat. Dalam penulisan tugas akhir ini metode penelitian yang dilakukan adalah penelitian lapangan yaitu wawancara dengan mengajukan pertanyaan dengan melalui tanya jawab, mencari jurnal dan buku yang berhubungan dengan Sistem Informasi Manajemen Dapodik sesuai dengan kebutuhan. Sehingga Sistem Informasi Manajemen Dapodik ini bisa lebih efektif dimanfaatkan oleh pihak sekolah di SDN 04 Sumpur.

The Thin Justice of International Law

In a world full of armed conflict and human misery, global justice remains one of the most compelling missions of our time. Understanding the promises and limitations of global justice demands a careful appreciation of international law, the web of binding norms and institutions that help govern the behaviour of states and other global actors. This book provides a new interdisciplinary approach to global justice, one that integrates the work and insights of international law and contemporary ethics. It asks whether the core norms of international law are just, appraising them according to a standard of global justice derived from the fundamental values of peace and the protection of human rights. Through a combination of a careful explanation of the legal norms and philosophical argument, Ratner concludes that many international law norms meet such a standard of justice, even as distinct areas of injustice remain within the law and the verdict is still out on others. Among the subjects covered in the book are the rules on the use of force, self-determination, sovereign equality, the decision making procedures of key international organizations, the territorial scope of human rights obligations (including humanitarian intervention), and key areas of international economic law. Refugee Protection and the Role of Law

Sixty years on from the signing of the Refugee Convention, forced migration and refugee movements continue to raise global concerns for hosting states and regions, for countries of origin, for humanitarian organisations on the ground, and, of course, for the refugee. This edited volume is framed around two themes which go to the core of contemporary ‘refugeehood’: protection and identity. It analyses how the issue of refugee identity is shaped by and responds to the legal regime of refugee protection in contemporary times. The book investigates the premise that there is a narrowing of protection space in many countries and many highly visible incidents of refoulement. It argues that ‘Protection’, which is a core focus of the Refugee Convention, appears to be under threat, as there are many gaps and inconsistencies in practice. Contributors to the volume, who include Erika Feller, Elspeth Guild, Hélène Lambert and Roger Zetter, look at the relevant issues from the perspective of a number of different disciplines including law, politics, sociology, and anthropology.
