Hukum Penyelesaian Sengketa Internasional

Penyelesaian sengketa merupakan satu tahap penting dan menentukan. Hukum internasional memainkan peran yang esensial, yakni memberikan pedoman, aturan, dan cara bagaimana suatu sengketa dapat diselesaikan oleh para pihak secara damai. Penyelesaian sengketa internasional digolongkan ke dalam dua bagian, yaitu penyelesaian secara hukum dan diplomatik. Penyelesaian secara hukum meliputi arbitrase dan pengadilan, sedangkan penyelesaian secara diplomatik meliputi negosiasi, penyelidikan, jasa baik, mediasi, dan konsiliasi. Buku ini membahas secara komprehensif Hukum Penyelesaian Sengketa Internasional meliputi penyelesaian sengketa secara damai, diplomatik, di Arbitrase Internasional Publik, di mahkamah Internasional, PBB, di organisasi internasional regional atau dalam GATT/WTO. Mudah-mudahan buku sederhana ini dapat memberi sumbangan terhadap perkembangan hukum internasional, khususnya hukum penyelesaian sengketa di tanah air yang masih sangat langka.

Interest in the study of family business has increased significantly over the last decade. The research on this subject - and the related subject of entrepreneurship - has developed in parallel within a number of different disciplines, making it the perfect candidate for an annotated bibliography. This book aims to catalog the major empirical, theoretical, and practical articles on family business. Included for each article listed are a summary of key findings, and a list of the methodologies and key conceptual models used. It also features a review of the literature, a discussion of how family businesses have been defined, and agenda for future research into both family business and entrepreneurship studies.
