PENGARUH LAYANAN PERENCANAAN INDIVIDUAL TERHADAP PERENCANAAN KARIR SISWA DI SMAN 1 AMPEK ANGKEK BIARO

Pembahasan ini berawal dari permasalahan yaitu bagaimana perencanaan karir siswa SMA. Perencanaan karir merupakan kemampuan siswa dalam merencanakan dan memilih karir sesuai dengan kemampuan diri tanpa bergantung pada orang lain terutama orang tua yang terlihat dari memahami dan menerima diri sendiri dan lingkungan secara objektif, positif, dan dinamis, kemampuan mengambil keputusan, mengarahkan diri sendiri, dan mewujudkan diri sendiri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan memperoleh data tentang perencanaan karir siswa SMA. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas XI SMAN 1 Ampek Angkek Biaro. Adapun teknik pengambilan sampel di sekolah tersebut dengan cara simple random sampling, dari pengambilan sampel tersebut maka terpilihlah dua kelas yakni kelas XI MIPA VI dan XI IPS III yang berjumlah 59 orang siswa. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah eksperimen dengan menganalisis tingkat perencanaan karir siswa SMA. Pengukuran seberapa matang perencanaan karir yaitu dengan menggunakan angket yang terdiri dari 40 butir pernyataan, dengan 5 pilihan jawaban. Berdasarkan data penelitian yang telah dianalisis dapat disimpulkan bahwa perencanaan karir siswa kelas XI SMAN 1 Ampek Angkek Biaro sudah tergolong matang. Terlihat dari 59 orang siswa yang menjadi sampel penelitian diantaranya berada pada klasifikasi sangat matang 3 orang siswa dan pada klasifikasi matang 38 orang siswa dan 18 orang berada pada kategori cukup matang. Hal ini terbukti dari hasil penelitian yang penulis lakukan. Berdasarkan analisis hasil statistik terdapat pengaruh layanan perencanaan individual terhadap perencanaan karir siswa secara signifikan jika dilihat pada taraf 5 %.

Currency Risk Premia in Global Stock Markets (EPub)

Large fundamental imbalances persist in the global economy, with potential exchange rate implications. This paper assesses whether exchange rate risk is priced across G-7 stock markets. Given the multitude of hedging instruments available, theory suggests that stock market investors should not be compensated for currency risk. However, data covering 33 industry portfolios across seven major stock markets suggest that not only is exchange rate risk priced in many markets, but that it is time-varying and sensitive to currency-specific shocks. With stock market investors typically exhibiting "home bias," this suggests that investors are using equity asset proxies to hedge the exchange rate risks to consumption.

Can East Asia Compete?

East Asian economies of the 1980s and much of the 1990s were among the most competitive exporters of manufactured products and were also able to sustain growth rates far higher than those of other countries, developing or industrial. However, the economic crisis of 1997-98 impacted the economies of these countries. Although recovery began fairly quickly in some countries, others have yet to regain their growth momentum. 'Can East Asia Compete?' looks at whether or not East Asia can restore its near magical performance, or is its competitive strength beginning to wane. This volume argues that East Asian countries have far from exhausted their growth potential. Can China Grow Faster? a Diagnosison the Fragmentation of the Domestic Capital Market

This paper examines possible segmentation of the internal capital market in China. We employ two standard tools from the international finance literature to analyze financial integration across Chinese provinces. Both tests confirm a similar (and somewhat surprising) picture: capital mobility within China is low! Furthermore, the degree of internal financial integration appears to have decreased, rather than increased, in the 1990s relative to the preceding period. Finally, we document that the government tends to reallocate capital from more productive regions to less productive ones. In this sense, a smaller role of the government in the financial sector might increase the rate of economic growth.

Future of Asia’s Finance: How Can it Meet Challenges of Demographic Change and Infrastructure Needs?

There is a role for Asia’s financial sector to play to address the challenges associated with the region’s changing demographics and infrastructure investment needs. Enhancing financial innovation and integration in the region could facilitate intra-regional financial flows and mobilize resources from the aging savers in industrialized Asia to finance infrastructure investment in emerging Asia. Strengthening the financial ties within the region as well as with the global financial markets alongside appropriate prudential frameworks could also help diversify sources of financing and reduce the cost of funding in emerging Asia. Finally, financial deepening could help ease the potential overheating from scaling up infrastructure investment and hence achieve a more balanced growth in the region.
