ANALISIS EVALUASI KINERJA KOPERASI UNIT DESA (KUD) CEMPAKA) TAHUN 2012-2016

SARAH JUNENGSIH. NIM, 13 231 090 judul SKRIPSI “Analisis Evaluasi Kinerja Koperasi Unit Desa (KUD) Cempaka Tahun 2012-2016”. Program Studi Ekonomi Syariah Institut Agama Islam Negeri (IAIN) Batusangkar. Pokok permasalahan dalam SKRIPSI ini yaitu bagaimana kinerja USP KUD Cempaka dilihat dari aspek permodalan, kualitas aktiva produktif, manajemen, efisiensi, likuiditas, kemandirian dan pertumbuhan serta jati diri koperasi dan bagaimana perkembangan kinerja USP KUD Cempaka pada periode tahun 2012-2016. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kinerja USP Cempaka tahun 2012-2016 dan perkembangannya berdasarkan atas penilaian patokan yang mengacu pada Peraturan Deputi Bidang Pengawasan Kementrian Koperasi dan Usaha Kecil dan Menengah Republik Indonesia Nomor: 06/Per/Dep.6.IV/2016. Adapun untuk menganalisis perkembangan kinerja koperasi dari tahun 2012-2016 digunakan teknik analisis trend. Jenis penelitian yang di gunakan adalah field researsch atau penelitian lapangan pada Koperasi Unit Desa (KUD) Cempaka. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah melalui wawancara dan dokumentasi. Pengolahan data dilakukan secara deskriptif kuantitatif yaitu penelitian yang berusaha untuk menuturkan pemecahan masalah yang ada sekarang berdasarkan data-data (laporan keuangan) yang ada di Koperasi Unit Desa (KUD) Cempaka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Kinerja USP KUD Cempaka tahun 2012-2016 memperoleh skor rata-rata sebesar 63,68 dan berada dalam kondisi dalam pengawasan, dengan rincian yaitu (a) aspek permodalan secara rata-rata mendapat skor 11,52 dan berada dalam kategori sehat; (b) aspek kualitas aktiva produktif secara rata-rata mendapat skor 11,85 dan berada dalam kategori sehat; (c) aspek manajemen secara rata-rata mendapat skor 9,25 dan berada dalam kategori cukup sehat; (d) aspek efisiensi secara rata-rata mendapat skor 6,9 dan berada dalam kategori cukup sehat; (e) aspek likuiditas secara rata-rata mendapat skor 8,25 dan berada dalam kategori kurang sehat; (f) aspek kemandirian dan pertumbuhan secara rata-rata mendapat sskor 6 dan berada dalam kategori cukup sehat; (g) aspek jati diri koperasi secara rata-rata mendapat skor 9,55 dan berada dalam kategori sehat; dan (2) perkembangan kinerja USP KUD Cempaka selama lima tahun (2012-2016) memperoleh total skor sebesar 65,45; 67,1; 67,75; 63,1; 55. Sehingga, dapat di katakan pada 3 tahun awal kinerja USP KUD Cempaka mengalami peningkatan sedangkan pada 2 tahun terakhir kinerja USP KUD Cempaka mengalami penurunan.

Effects of Conformation on Charge Flow in Gas-phase Peptides

Neutral, unprotected phenylalanyl-glycyl-glycine (FGG) has been found to adopt four distinct rotational conformers under jet-cooling conditions. These conformers include one dispersion-stabilized folded conformer and three extended conformers with little interaction between termini. Conformer-specific ionization followed by photodissociation via visible radiation results in photofragmentation ratios that differ according to the type of neutral conformer from which the ion was formed. The folded structure of FGG yields a fragment-to-parent ion ratio of 1.4; the extended structures yield fragment-to-parent ion ratios around 0.3. The reverse peptide sequence, Glycyl-glycyl-phenylalanine (GGF), which has been found to adopt one folded and one extended conformer under the experimental conditions, acts similarly to FGG in that its folded structure exhibits a greater fragmentation ratio. The folded conformer of GGF fragments with a fragment-to-parent ratio of 3, and the extended conformer fragments with a 0.5 ratio. These results suggest that these peptides do not have time to photoisomerize under the experimental conditions, as the extent of fragmentation depends on the starting neutral structure. Photofragmentation in this experiment is controlled by the distribution of charge in the peptide - positive charge on the phenyl chromophore shifts its absorption spectrum to the visible range and thus allows absorption of sufficient energy for dissociation via visible radiation of the molecule. The possible mechanism by which secondary structure influences charge flow in these peptides was explored using quantum chemical calculations. It is proposed that, based on calculated neutral-to-cation geometry changes and charge distributions, differences in charge delocalization propensities among conformer types may cause the differences in charge flow.
