LUKMANUL HAKIM,Nim.13 201 017, Judul Skripsi“KEDUDKAN SHALAT ZHUHUR BERJAMAAH BAGI WANITA YANG TELAH MELAKSANAKAN SHALAT JUMAT MENURUT HUKUM ISLAM (STUDI KASUS PADA MASJID NURUL HUDA NAGARI PADANG LAWEH MALALO KABUPATEN TANAH DATAR”, Jurusan Ahwal Al-Syakhsiyyah Fakultas Syariah Institut Agama Islam Negeri (IAIN) Batusangkar tahun 2017 Adapun pokok permasalahan yang dibahas dalam skripsi ini adalah bagaimana pelaksanaan shalat Zhuhur berjamaah bagi wanita yang telah melaksanakan shalat Jumat, apa alasan jamaah tersebut melaksanakan shalat Zhuhur setelah shalat Jumat dan kedudukan shalat Zhuhur berjamaah bagi wanita yang telah melaksanakan shalat Jumat menurut hukum Islam. Tujuan pembahasan ini adalah untuk menjelaskan bagaimana tata cara pelaksanaan shalat Zhuhur berjamaah bagi wanita yang telah melaksanakan shalat Jumat. Adapun kegunaan dari penelitian ini adalah : untuk mengembangkan ilmu pengetahuan yang sesuai dengan Jurusan yang penulis tekuni, memberikan penjelasan dan pemahaman kepada penulis dan masyarakat tentang Kedudukan shalat Zhuhur berjamaah bagi wanita yang telah melaksanakan shalat Jumat, sebagai sumbangan pemikiran pengembangan serta tambahan referensi pustaka Institut Agama Islam Negeri (IAIN) Batusangkar, untuk kepentingan studi ilmiah. Metode yang penulis gunakan dalam penulisan Skripsi ini adalah Penelitian lapangan (Field Reseacrh) yang penulis lakukan di Mesjid Nurul Huda di Nagari Padang Malalo Kabupaten Tanah Datar, sumber data yaitu data primer berupa mencatat jawaban dari Informan, Wawancara dengan Imam pelaksanaan shalat Zhuhur berjamaah bagi wanita yang telah melaksanakan shalat Jumat di Masjid Nurul Huda, Jamaah yang ikut melaksanakan shalat Zhuhur berjamaah setelah shalat Jumat di Masjid Nurul Huda, dan Alim Ulama, data Skunder yaitu terdiri dari buku-buku yang berhubungan dengan pembahasan penulis. Teknis pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara dan setelah data terkumpul melalui teknis pengumpulan data, penulis menganalisis data tersebut dengan memberikan penafsiran data yang diperoleh. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang penulis lakukan terhadap deskriftif pelaksanaan shalat Zhuhur setelah shalat Jumat tersebut penulis berkesimpulan ditemukan bahwa alasan orang yang mengulang shalat Jumat dengan shalat Zhuhur ada yang karena menurut mereka hukum shalat jumat bagi mereka sunat, ada yang karena mengikut imam, ada yang untuk ihtiyat (kehati-hatian). Oleh sebab itu bagi masyarakat khususnya bagi wanita yang melaksanakan shalat Jumat kemudian mengulang kembali dengan shalat Zhuhur berjamaah maka kedudukannya sah menurut hukum Islam. Sebagaimana yang telah dijelaskan dalam hadits serta pendapat Mazhab Syafi'iyyah pada bab sebelumnya.Apabila seseorang melaksanakan shalat Jumat baik laki-laki maupun wanita maka ia boleh melaksanakan shalat Zhuhur secara berjamaah setelah shalat Jumat tersebut dengan alasan untuk ihtiyat(kehati-hatian) karena jamaah yang ikut melaksanakan shalat Jumat di Masjid Nurul Huda tersebut tidak seluruhnya yang merupakan penduduk asli setempat dan karena di Nagari Padang Laweh Malalo terdapat dua buah Masjid Yaitu Masjid Nurul Huda dan Masjid Taqwa jadi kita tidak pernah tahu masjid mana yang terlebih dahulu melaksanakan shalat Jumat di nagari tersebut.
