This study employed research and development design, especially IDI (instructional development institute) which consisted of three phase analysis: front-end analysis, prototype and assessment. In senior high school level, this service is provided to place students to their relevant department. Previously, before psychological test was used, placing students into particular departments were only on the basis of their learning achievements. Consequently, higher achievement students were placed into natural science department while the lower ones were placed into social science one. Recently, due to the frequent uses of psychological test in recruiting employees and selecting new college entries, the test is also considered in helping school counselor to place their students into their appropriate department, both in terms of potential and academic achievements. The finding showed that students responded positively toward realistic mathematic learning and realistic mathematic learning was effective in activating students. A Research and Development designed was used. There were two phase were employed; front-back analysis and prototype. The result of front-back analysis showed that the students needed instructional materials to help them imagine surface form. Consequently, instructional materials were designed on the basis of e-learning. Then, validation was conducted by consulting three validators. The alternative is by using the numerical method. The numerical method used is the euler method which applies the second order differential equation on an LC series circuit. The study was conducted in the x-ray radiology Hospital National Stroke Bukittinggi. The study sample consisted of urine male and female babies who drink only breast milk and urine only baby girls and boys who drank ation and additional milk. CR image retrieval is performed three days (22, 25 and 26 September 2014) with a voltage variation of 50 and 60 kV and 100 mA using a strong current and exposure time of 5 ms. The image was analyzed visually, and physical image quality. The results showed that visual image acquisition of the third day and with two different voltage variations indicate that there are differences in the brightness, contrast and sharpness of the image. Analysis of image quality (based grafi line profile image) shows the pattern of the same line profile image on the third day of taking images at a voltage of 60 kV. Physical Analysis of the image showed that the urine samples tested had a pattern of linear attenuation coefficient value equal to the voltage of 60 kV on three different days. Linear attenuation coefficient values greatest U1 and U3 linear attenuation coefficient on the third day of the smallest image retrieval. As a result, a variety of products using a mag-net as a healing tool. The use of magnets for health is presumably because in the human body there are also magnetic. The purpose of this study is to examine the magnetic analysis in the human body. This research uses descriptive qualitative method. The data collected by the technique of writing literature. The results obtained by the analysis that the human body contains a metallic element that is iron. Basic properties of the mag-netic material is located on the magnetic properties of the core elements of the human body shaper is hydrogen, H2O molecules and iron. In the human body Fe contained in the grains of red blood (hemoglobin). <p>This research studied about the the respondents characteristic at the legislative general pre-election in 2009. The researcher used statistic analysis to see the association and structural connection between variables as the characteristic of voters’ behavior. The data used in this study is gotten from the result of a survey on voters’ behavior in the form of counting and category data, that’s why the statistic methods used was CHAID. Analysis of CHAID showed that the variables having the strongest association with the party choice is age. CHAID method at the analysis of respondent characteristics of voters in the election resulted in five segments of the party choice of respondents. In each segment, the old party is still the party that is trusted by respondents to represent their voice in parliament.</p><p>Key words: voting behavior, interaction, chi-square, CHAID method</p>

The aims of debating are to enable the students to be active and creative in the classroom. Debating is also assumed as a valuable learning activity for teaching critical thinking and improving communication skills. Debating is an effective pedagogical way because of the level of responsibility for learning and active involvement required by all student debaters. Many teachers realize that the best strategy for motivating the students to communicate in English is by changing the situation in the class. By creating an interesting and motivating environment, the students are expected to be immersed in the activities given by the teachers. Moreover, an ideal teacher should provide opportunities for students to talk by using group work or pair work, and limiting teacher talk. Therefore, the teacher should keep encouraging the students to get involved during the process of learning in the class most of the time.</em></p></div>
