Chen Marse Gusra, NIM 1830108018, Judul Skripsi : “ Kemandirian Belajar Siswa Kelas VII di SMPN 1 Sungai Rumbai”. Jurusan Bimbingan dan Konseling Fakultas Tarbiyah dan Ilmu Keguruan Universitas Islam Negeri Mahmud Yunus Batusangkar. Pokok permasalahan dalam skripsi ini adalah kemandirian belajar siswa kelas VII di SMPN 1 Sungai Rumbai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kemandirian belajar siswa kelas VII di SMPN 1 Sungai Rumbai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan tingkat kemandirian belajar siswa kelas VII di SMP Negeri 1 Sungai Rumbai. Kemandirian belajar merupakan kemampuan siswa untuk mengatur, mengarahkan, dan memotivasi diri sendiri dalam proses belajar tanpa ketergantungan berlebihan pada orang lain. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan populasi seluruh siswa kelas VII yang berjumlah 120 orang, dan sampel diambil sebanyak 34 responden melalui teknik sampling tertentu. Instrumen penelitian berupa angket kemandirian belajar yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Data dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis statistik deskriptif dalam bentuk persentase. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian non eksperimental dan desain penelitian one group pretest-posttest. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VII-IX yang berjumlah 418 orang dengan pengambilan sampel 29-32 siswa secara acak. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian yaitu Skala likert. Kata Kunci: Kemandirian Belajar, Siswa SMP Kelas VII.

ABSTRAK Chenny Patricia, Nim. 1930401038 judul skripsi “Implementasi Pengendalian Risiko Untuk Meminimalisir Kerugian Pada Produk Kafalah Surety Bond di PT. Jamsyar Padang”. Program Studi Program Studi Perbankan Syariah Universitas Islam (UIN) Negeri Mahmud Yunus Batusangkar Tahun 2024 PT Jamsyar Padang adalah lembaga yang bergerak di bidang jasa penjaminan dimana salah satu produk yang mereka tawarkan adalah kafalah surety bond. Kafalah surety bond memberikan jaminan kepada penerima jaminan terkait kewajiban oleh pemberi jaminan. Namun, seperti keuangan lainnya, kafalah surety bond juga memiliki risiko yang perlu dikelola dengan baik guna meminimalisir kerugian bagi perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi pengendalian risiko untuk meminimalisir kerugian pada produk kafalah surety bond, serta mengidentifikasi tantangan dan hambatan yang muncul dalam pelaksanaan pengendalian risiko tersebut. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah dengan metose kualitatif dengan analisis deskriptif. Sumber data dari penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dan sekunder dengan teknik pengumpulan datanya dilakukan dengan cara wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa PT Jamsyar Padang telah melaksanakan berbagai langkah yang efektif dalam implementasi pengendalian risiko kafalah surety bond. Langkah pengendalian risiko yang dilakukan adalah memberikan edukasi terhadap tim analisa, selain itu melakukan analisis terhadap pemohon penjaminan, kemudian melakukan monitoring terhadap proyek yang dijamin. Terdapat kendala yang dialami oleh PT Jamsyar Padang dalam pengimplementasian pengendalian risiko pada produk kafalah surety bond, seperti SDM yang belum berpengalaman, kesulitan memprospek data serta jarak yang jauh antara pihak yang terlibat dalam kafalah surety bond dan waktu.

This issue of the International Journal of Business Anthropology contains seven articles related to the practice of business anthropology in various countries. The first article makes two arguments about China’s Belt and Road Initiative (also known as “One Belt, One Road”) based on two case studies in Tashkurgan in Xinjiang province and Houqiao in Yunnan province of China. The second discusses factors that led to the popularity of a Japanese adult video (AV) actress in China since 2010. The third paper examines variances in the representational framing of gender-roles in advertisements across cultures by employing traditional Hofstedian dimensions in conjunction with recent paradigms of horizontal-vertical cultural orientations. The fourth explores the significance of anthropology in management education by analyzing business education in India, which is undergoing a profound paradigm shift to respond to the challenges arising out of the rapidly changing business environmental factors. The fifth article investigates socio-cultural, environmental, religious, gender, educational, and health-care factors affecting women’s smoking in Yunnan, China. The sixth paper discusses two problems (the lack of knowledge and the weakness in control and monitoring system) that hamper the majority of Islamic microfinance cooperative institutions in Indonesia, and suggests solutions. The last article probes the mechanism of reform and development of the Chaoshan Chamber of Commerce in Shenzhen City (CCCSC). The innovation of the CCCSC in its operation is concerned with three important aspects of the reform, including strategic basis, financial strategy and organizational structure. The reform practice of the CCCSC provides new information for academic research on the governance of chambers of commerce in China.

Systems of record (SORs) are engines that generates value for your business. Seeking renewable and clean energies is essential for releasing the heavy reliance on mineral-based energy and remedying the threat of global warming to our environment.
