PERANAN PENGAWASAN TERHADAP DISIPLIN KERJA PEGAWAI DINAS KOPERASI, PERINDUSTRIAN, PERDAGANGAN, PASAR DAN PERTAMBANGAN KABUPATEN TANAH DATAR

Permasalahan yang penulis kaji dalam skripsi ini adalah bagaimana metode pelaksanaan pengawasan yang dilakukan oleh pimpinan di Dinas Koperindagpastam Kabupaten Tanah Datar? bagaimana pengawasan mencegah kemungkinan terjadinya penyimpangan, kesalahan atau penyelewengan di Dinas Koperindagpastam Kabupaten Tanah Datar? bagaimana pengawasan dalam tindakan perbaikan terhadap penyimpangan di Dinas Koperindagpastam Kabupaten Tanah Datar? bagaimana pengawasan dalam mengusahakan pelaksanaan kegiatan agar sesuai dengan perencanaan di Dinas Koperindagpastam Kabupaten Tanah Datar? bagaimana pengawasan dalam mempertebal rasa tanggung jawab di Dinas Koperindagpastam Kabupaten Tanah Datar? Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan metode pelaksanaan pengawasan yang digunakan pimpinan terhadap pegawainya, untuk menjelaskan pengawasan mencegah kemungkinan terjadinya penyimpangan, kesalahan atau penyelewengan, untuk menjelaskan pengawasan dalam tindakan perbaikan terhadap penyimpangan, untuk menjelaskan pengawasan dalam mengusahakan pelaksanaan kegiatan agar sesuai dengan perencanaan, serta untuk menjelaskan pengawasan dalam mempertebal rasa tanggung jawab di Dinas Koperindagpastam Kabupaten Tanah Datar. Untuk menjawab permasalahan dalam skripsi ini, jenis metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah field research atau penelitian lapangan. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah primer (Pegawai Dinas Koperindagpastam) dan sekunder (Dokumentasi). Teknik pengumpulan data yang penulis gunakan adalah dengan wawancara secara langsung. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa a) Metode yang digunakan oleh pimpinan dalam melakukan pengawasan itu ada dua yaitu secara langsung maupun tidak langsung. b) Pengawasan dalam mencegah kemungkinan terjadinya penyimpangan, kesalahan atau penyelewengan dengan cara mengadakan rapat dengan pegawai atau memonitoring yang diadakan setiap apel pagi. c) Pengawasan dalam tindakan perbaikan terhadap penyimpangan dengan cara menanyakan langsung pada pegawai jika ada kesulitan, apabila tidak ditemukan jalan keluarnya, maka didiskusikan dengan pimpinan. d) Pengawasan dalam mengusahakan pelaksanaan kegiatan agar sesuai dengan perencanaan yang telah dibuat adalah jika rencana yang dibuat tidak sesuai dengan rencana sebelumnya, maka pimpinan mengadakan rapat kembali dengan pegawainya. e) Pengawasan dalam mempertebal rasa tanggung jawab adalah dengan cara mengetahui kedisiplinan pegawai dari aspek kepatuhan terhadap perintah pimpinan.

Entrepreneurial Strategies of Professional Service Firms - An Analysis of Commercial Law Firm Spin-offs in Germany

Over the past years, knowledge-intensive industries have gained significant importance as economic factor, giving rise to professional service firms (PSFs) such as law firms, accounting firms, or consultancies. Following this development, the research interest especially in the strategies pursued by PSFs has grown substantially. However, past research focused mainly on strategies of established mature PSFs, leaving academics as well as potential entrepreneurs without guidance on what newly founded, entrepreneurial PSFs should pay attention to in order to ensure lasting competitive advantages. Based on an explorative grounded theory analysis of two outstanding commercial law firm spin-offs in Germany, this work advances the research in this field. In addition to a detailed case study report, it offers a comprehensive theoretical framework and argues that PSFs have to employ a set of seven specific entrepreneurial strategies – including for example service delivery, people development, and client acquisition strategies – in order to successfully manage the entrepreneurial phase. In providing examples for the growing PSF industry, the findings on commercial law firm spin-offs also inform entrepreneurship research in other professions.
