Abstrak
ABSTRACT Gustia Putri, NIM 2030404057. Thesis Title: "The Influence of Work Environment and Work Stress on Employee Performance of PT. Wilmar Nabati Indonesia Padang". Faculty of Islamic Economics and Business, Sharia Business Management Study Program, State Islamic University (UIN) Mahmud Yunus Batusangkar. The problems in this research are, firstly, lack of lighting which causes eye pain, secondly, lack of document storage facilities, thirdly, noise and noises which can cause misunderstandings, and finally, lack of balance between workload and working time for employees. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of the work environment and work stress on the performance of PT employees. Wilmar Nabati Indonesia Padang. The type of research used in this research is field research (Field Research) using a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all employees who worked at the PT office. Wilmar Nabati Indonesia Padang, totaling 31 employees. This research uses a total sampling sample, that is, the sample is taken as a whole. The sample in this study were all employees who worked at PT. Wilmar Nabati Indonesia Padang, numbering 31 people. Based on the results of the research that has been conducted, it shows that the Work Environment variable (X1) has a significant effect on the employee performance variable (Y) of PT. Wilmar Nabati Indonesia Padang. Work stress (X2) has a significant effect on employee performance (Y) of PT. Wilmar Nabati Indonesia Padang. Simultaneously, the Work Environment (X1) and work stress (X2) have a significant effect on employee performance (Y).
