The research objective was to determine the needs analysis of developing MPI on the biology of animal development at STAIN Batusangkar.<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></em><em>The research use Plomp model.<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></em><em>The data obtained will be analyzed by data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The result showed that philosophy of STAIN Batusangkar is an integration. Analysis of the characteristics of students showed that students of STAIN Batusangkar has a heterogeneous background of the aspects of capability. These results are based on the findings of the Academic Performance Index, schools and majors while undergoing studies in high school, the course pre-condition and the results of multiple intelegencie test. Developmental of biology material is characterized by the facts, concepts, principles and theories. This research was descriptive qualitative research. The researcher did obervation and interview to those students. Then, the researcher also interviewed the teacher in order to find out the students’ learning strategies, their part-time job after school, and time duration for working after school. The researcher also observed their daily activities at the school. Based on preliminary observation, it was found that the performance of the supervisor was low due to some assumed factors, such as low credibility. This study was, therefore, to elaborate such contribution. The formulated hypothesis proposed was credibility contributed toward performance of supervisor for Islamic teaching teachers (PAI) at state elementary schools in West Sumatera. This was a correlational study in which all supervisors for Islamic teaching teachers (PAI) at state elementary schools in West Sumatera were taken as the population. The sample was determenined by following Cochran’s formula. Likert’s scale questionnaire was used to collect the data after validity and reliability had been achieved. The data then were analysed by employing simple correlational and regressional techniques. The findings showed that the hypothesis was empirically accepted. Credibility contributed 15.2% toward performance of supervisor for Islamic teaching teachers (PAI) at state elementary schools. Pre-school aged children refer to those who are between 0 and 6 years old. They are in their ultimate growing and developing period in intelligence, emotion, social, and language. Specifically, characteristics of religious awareness among children is reflected in the form of unreflective, egocentrical, antropomorphical, vebal, ritual and imitative. Introducing and familiarizing religious among children can be done by making use of their initial growth and developing through good model, stories, field trip to behold the great and glory of Allah, to get used to worship, good moral, help each other, and so on. This research, therefore, employed qualitative approach and analyzed by means of reflective, participative and collaborative studies. The setting of the research was MTsN Paninjauan by employing 2 cycles, each of which consisted of 4 meetings. In cycle 1, the students were not familiar with learning condition where communicative practices were applied and therefore were explained to them the principles so that the students and teachers got more familiar with. Observing on the students’ speaking it was found that students’ average improvement was 1.14 with average achievement was 48.1%. Both of these systems, reproductive and endocrine systems are the most interconnected in the study of embryology. For example, when spermatogenesis (sperm for-mation process), will be studied how the male sex glands as the production of sperm, and then at the end of the study as well as the hormonal regulation of spermatogenesis. In the second chapter of this book discussed on the reproductive system, including ultra structure and fsiologis of male and female reproductive systems. This research was conducted through a descriptive survey and direct collection of the<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span><em>Scotinophara coarcrata</em><span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span>in the area of paddy field by using sticky trap. In order to collect the object, it was ordinal sampling used. Sample collecting was done twice at an interval of the first and the second 20 days. As the result of the first collection, it was gained 617 bedbugs with an average 21.27, and of the second collection was obtained 595 bedbugs with an average 20.52. The number of bedbugs collected in both periods was relatively the same. In this case the<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span><em>Scotinuphara coarctata</em>population has exceeded the limit as pests. As a part of HyperChem pro 6.0, this program was operated with Pentium 4. The research involved a number of linear cyclic molecules m-N-N-m as well as m-N-m-N. As the result of the computation process, it was found that generally the cyclic molecules m<sub>2</sub>N<sub>2<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></sub>were more stable than those of the other linear molecules signed with the smaller total energy. It was also found that the most stable linear molecules were NºN resulted from the optimalization of Cl-N-N-Cl with the total molecule energy: -637778.1251 kcal/mol.
