This study aims to analyse the level of interest in learning English among third-grade students at SMA N 2 Rambatan, focusing on how students' interest is distributed across different levels: low, moderate, and high. The primary goal is to analyze students' interest based on four key indicators: pleasure or enjoyment, attraction, attention, and involvement. A descriptive quantitative approach was employed, using a structured questionnaire with 20 statements rated on a 4-point Likert scale (Strongly Disagree, Disagree, Agree, Strongly Agree). The sample consisted of 58 students who participated in the survey. The collected data were analyzed descriptively to determine the distribution of interest levels among students and to examine the extent to which each indicator reflects their overall interest in learning English. The findings reveal that a significant majority of students exhibit a moderate to high level of interest in English. Specifically, 71% of students fall into the moderate interest category, while 26% show high interest. Only 3% of students are categorized as having low interest. The analysis of indicators shows that the majority of students report moderate to high levels of pleasure, attraction, attention, and involvement in their English learning experiences. These results suggest a generally positive attitude towards learning English among the students.
