By education, man has knowledge. Therefore, education must be carried out by means of effective methods to arrive at the expected goals. In thematic analysis, the Holy Quran in an-Nahl verse 125 points out three general principle method in Islamic teaching: al-hikmah, al-mau’izah al-hasanah and al-mujadalah. This research was an action research. The subject of this research were 20 junior high school councellors who were accomodated in MGMP (Musyawarah Guru Pembimbing) in Padang Panjang regency. This research applied cyclical process that consisted of some cycles. Therefore, in this research plan, action, observation, and reflection were done in two cycles depended on the achievement of the research objective. The problems dealing with teachers’ professionalism must be comprehensively solved dealing with prosperity, qualification, upgrading, protection, registration, certification, and license. This is due to the fact that teacher is considered a profession; not just an ordinary job. This can be seen from internal perspectives, where strengthening social position, job protection, salary improvement, and legal status of this profusion. From external perspectives, the demands that the quality teaching profession should not only be assessed by the training institutions that produce them but also the users, such as profession associations, communities and the institutions where the teachers work. It was due to teaching behaviour was the basic principle to achieve the target of teaching. For Ibnu Sina, the teaching behaviour could be explored through discussion and socialization among the children of the same age. It was because they had a sense of imitation. In teaching bahaviour, a teacher had to consider the children’s psychology because this might influence the successful of teaching. QT emphasizes on the teacher skill in managing learning which facilitate the development of students’ potential. Adapting current technology toward science learning has become one of the goals of learning model innovation. Furthermore, science leaning models have strength in 3 aspects: (1) problem-solving learning, (2) experience-based learning, and (3) individual and cooperation-based learning. Among some forms of learning can be applied in science learning are (a) learning model through analogy, (2) learning model through media, and (c) information technology (web)-based learning. This research, therefore, employed qualitative approach and analyzed by means of reflective, participative and collaborative studies. The setting of the research was MTsN Paninjauan by employing 2 cycles, each of which consisted of 4 meetings. In cycle 1, the students were not familiar with learning condition where communicative practices were applied and therefore were explained to them the principles so that the students and teachers got more familiar with. Observing on the students’ speaking it was found that students’ average improvement was 1.14 with average achievement was 48.1%. The method employed was basic method by referring to philological steps. The findings showed that: first, the way the Arabic letters were written did not show similarity to that of one of standard Arabic fonts among the Arabic speaking people. Second, there were meanings of vocabulary below the texts written in Minangkabaunese dialect using Malay-Arabic letters. A ‘qawaid’ teaching technique (uslub) is one of many teaching techniques of language. The choosing technique has to be consistent with teaching method used, and it has to be appropriate with relevant approaches. The application of teaching ‘qawait’ can be combined with some strategies. It means that if a teacher is not successful in applying one technique, s/he can change it with another technique directly. The differences of students’ mastery (not homogen) in class may influence the accuracy and the success of teaching technique used. To reach the aim, qualitative approach and classroom action research (CAR) were used. The participants of the research were students of grade XI/2 MAN 3 Padangpanjang. The research was conducted during July-August in 2008/2009 academic year which consisted 3 cycles. The data were collected employing such techniques as of test, observation, interview and in depth discussion among the researcher team, peer and collaborator for the reflection and supported by the following tools as reading comprehension test, observation sheet, interview guidance, questionnaire and discussion sheet. The finding showed that CIRC improved students reading comprehension in Arabic, and learning process activity.
