<p><em>It is a fact that good values as well as Islamic velues are dicreased in the recent year. It could be caused by several reasons such as the act of amoral and anarchis. In order to overcome this problem, wholistical approach could be used. One of the approaches is using spiritual teistic counselling. This approach is based on Islamic values which derived from prophetic character. It developes one’s natural tendency (fitrah), critical thinking, and attitude in parallel with Islamic value. PERSPEKTIF FIKIH EKONOMI TERHADAP PELAKSANAAN AKAD “UTANG PIUTANG” PADA PERBANKAN SYARIAH DI SUMATERA BARAT

<p><em>Th</em><em>is study was</em><em> purpose</em><em>d</em><em> </em><em>at </em><em>identify</em><em>ing</em><em> the various transactions in Islamic banking </em><em>of</em><em> West Sumat</em><em>e</em><em>ra were categorized on the </em><em>“</em><em>debts</em><em>”;</em><em> </em><em>describing</em><em> the implementation of the transaction</em><em>;</em><em> and </em><em>analyzing </em><em>the various transactions </em><em>we</em><em>re based on the economic</em><em> fiqh</em><em> perspective. </em><em>This</em><em> </em><em>study</em><em> </em><em>belongs to</em><em> qualitative case study </em><em>by </em><em>using in-depth interviews as research instrument. The data were analyzed qualitatively based on the economic</em><em> fiqh</em><em> perspective, Al-Qur'an, Sunnah, Ijtihad the scholars, and the Fatwa of National Sharia Council (DSN) </em><em>and </em><em>Indonesian Council of Scholars</em><em> (MUI). The results of this study revealed that the types of transactions </em><em>we</em><em>re categorized </em><em>“</em><em>debts</em><em>”</em><em> </em><em>was</em><em> murabaha</em><em>h</em><em>, qardh (bailout </em><em>pilgrimage</em><em>), hiwalah, and rahn (pawn</em><em>ing</em><em> gold). Murabahah</em><em> was </em><em>present</em><em>ed</em><em> on all Islamic Bank but not all transactions on Islamic banking </em><em>of</em><em> West Sumat</em><em>e</em><em>ra </em><em>based on</em><em> the economic</em><em> fiqh</em><em> perspective </em><em>such</em><em> the calculation of the margin murabaha</em><em>h</em><em> based on the amount of banks financing. </em><em>Then the</em><em> calculation</em><em> of</em><em> ujrah on the bailout </em><em>pilgrimage</em><em> </em><em>was </em><em>still based on the amount of bail. Furthermore, the calculation</em><em> of</em><em> ujrah on pawn</em><em>ing</em><em> gold </em><em>wa</em><em>s not based on the calculation of the treatment period but to the amount of </em><em>“debt”</em><em> funds. <p><em>The reality of students’ negative attitude made Indonesia goverment had not moved forward nowadays. Most people judged that educational system should take the responsibility to this condition. Education was assumed laying on students’ cognitive rather than affective and conative. Reliazing this phenomena, counceling as a part of education offered group counceling as one strategy of character education based playing games. There were twelve playing games that could be applied to build positive character: the practice writing, body movement, circleling, dyad, triad, creative group, art and handcraft, fantasy, reading, feedback, belief, moral dilemma, and group decision.</em></p><p> </p><strong>Kata kunci: </strong>bimbingan kelompok,  karakter, dan latihan permainan

PENCATATAN NIKAH DALAM PENDEKATAN MASLAHAH

<p><em>Marriage is basically the main element in the establishment of sakinah, mawaddah and rahmah family. Consequently, to realize such expected family, fixed laws are needed. The implementation of such laws in marriage is aimed at maintaining rights, ….. and responsibilities of the family members in order to realize everlasting and qualified family which is suitable with marriage purposes. Therefore, administrating marriage which has been stated in laws is becoming obligation to carry out. If it is viewed further from maslahah approach, administrating marriage can be included into maslahah in the level of dharuriyah in which such maslahah  must be fulfilled unless it will jeopardize the existence of nasab.</em></p><p><strong>Kata kunci: </strong>pencatatan, nikah, maslahah</p>

ANALISIS ISYTIQAQ DALAM KAJIAN FIKIH LUGHAH DAN PENGAJARANNYA

<div><p><em>The study of Istisqaq (derivational word) as a part of Fiqh lughah (Arabic linguistic) is a main concern of linguists in the recent decade. Istisqa’ is one of the distinguished features of Arabic which have rich vocabulary. In the early of the third century of Hijriah year, several Ulamas (Moslem scholar) pay a serious attention in the study of Istisqaq. Istisqaq is a process of forming a word to another word in order to produce a new meaning. This formation was initiated by Ibn Jinniy. He then wrote a monumental book entitled Al-Khashaish. Istisqaq is identical with the study of Ilm Syarf (morphology).  This paper concludes that the teaching of fiqh lughah in an advanced level needs to improve. HUBUNGAN PENGETAHUAN EVALUASI DAN SUPERVISI PENGAWAS DENGAN KINERJA EVALUASI GURU PENDIDIKAN AGAMA ISLAM (PAI) DI SD KABUPATEN TANAH DATAR

<p><em>The problem of this reseach was the lack of the teachers’ knowledge and understanding about the evaluation of students’ achievement. This research was descriptive research (correlation research). The population of this research was all Islamic elementary school teachers at Tanah Datar regency. They are about 319 teachers. The sample of this research was 98 teachers. The sample was selected by using stratified propotional random sampling technique that is through cohcran technique. The instrument of this research was questionnaire (Linkert scale). The evaluation of students’ achievement was variable Y, and supervisors’ supervision was variable X2. And, the teachers’ knowledge of evaluation (variable X1) was analyzed by using objective test.The result of the research showed that: 1) there is any correlation between the teachers’ understanding of avaluation to the teachers’ achievement of evaluation of Islamic teachers at elemeantary schools at Tanah Datar regency, 2) there is any correlation between the supervisors’ supervision to the teachers’ achievement of evaluation of Islamic teachers at elemeantary schools at Tanah Datar regency, 3) the teachers’ anderstanding and their supervision of evaluation influenced the teachers’ achievement of evaluation of Islamic teachers at elemeantary schools at Tanah Datar regency</em><em>.</em><em></em></p><strong>Kata kunci</strong>: pengetahuan evaluasi, supervisi pengawas, kinerja evaluasi guru

<p><em>The rapid development of knowledge and technology brings learners to innovative things in their lives. Television is one of technologies lead learners to the positive things. For example, television could facilitate learners to study easily and enlarge their horizons. It, however, has a negative effect on learners’ personality. Learners assume that what they watch and listen are absolutely correct. As a result, they do all the things as what they watch. They are failed to filter the positive values on television. In order to anticipate these negative values, teachers should corporate to parents. Parents, for example, could empower leaner’s iman (faith), build their character values, and enrich their ibadah (worship) to God Almighty. The findings show that the teachers were able to integrate PAI instructional materials into health programs conducted by the school. Such integration was especially carried out by means of topic on thaharah. In addition, the teachers took active participation in any health service program at the school.
