TRANSFORMASI MANAJEMEN PEMBELAJARAN MATEMATIKA DI SMAN 3 BATUSANGKAR KABUPATEN TANAH DATAR

Arnol, NIM.232011003, Judul tesis “TRANSFORMASI MANAJEMEN PEMBELAJARAN MATEMATIKA DI SMAN 3 BATUSANGKAR KABUPATEN TANAH DATAR”, Program Studi Manajemen Pendidikan Islam, Pascasarjana, Universitas Islam Negeri (UIN) Mahmud Yunus Batusangkar 2025. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis transformasi manajemen pembelajaran matematika di SMAN 3 Batusangkar Kabupaten Tanah Datar. Permasalahan yang dikaji mencakup bagaimana tiga aspek transformasi manajemen pembelajaran, yaitu transformasi perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi, diterapkan oleh SMAN 3 Batusangkar dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi, dengan subjek penelitian adalah kepala sekolah/wakil kepala sekolah, guru dan siswa SMAN 3 Batusangkar. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis secara induktif untuk memahami pola-pola transformasi manajemen pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian ini mengungkap bahwa transformasi manajemen pembelajaran Matematika di SMAN 3 Batusangkar menunjukkan arah perubahan yang positif dan berkesinambungan. Pada aspek perencanaan, guru menyusun rancangan pembelajaran secara terstruktur, adaptif, dan berorientasi pada kebutuhan peserta didik dengan mempertimbangkan keragaman gaya belajar, tingkat kemampuan, dan karakter siswa. Pada aspek pelaksanaan, pembelajaran berlangsung secara interaktif dan kreatif melalui metode berbasis proyek dan pemanfaatan media pembelajaran digital yang relevan, sehingga mendorong siswa untuk aktif, kritis, dan mampu mengaitkan konsep matematika dengan situasi nyata. Pada aspek asesmen, guru menerapkan berbagai bentuk penilaian, meliputi penilaian formatif, penilaian berbasis kinerja, dan pemberian umpan balik konstruktif secara konsisten. Secara keseluruhan, transformasi manajemen pembelajaran berada pada tahap berkembang menuju siap, dengan potensi besar mencapai tahap mahir apabila inovasi dan konsistensi pembelajaran terus ditingkatkan.

An investigation was conducted to determine the effects of sting-support interference on the measurement of pitch damping, yaw-damping, pitching-moment slope, yawing-moment slope, pitching moment, and base pressure. The model was the Standard Dynamics Model (SDM). The forced oscillation technique was used to obtain data at Mach numbers 0.3 to 1.3 and Reynolds numbers, based on the model mean aerodynamic chord (MAC), of 0.3 million to 3.1 million. Amplitudes of oscillation were 1.0, 1.5, and 2.0 deg, and the reduced frequency parameter ranged from 0.009 to 0.032 radians.
