The past decade has shown that performance measurement has gained prominence in the health care field. This breakthrough book addresses the urgent need for a systematic review and understanding of the science and art of performance measurement systems. Given the mandatory requirements toward accreditation, all health care providing organizations will have to demonstrate value through scientific, quantitative methods of measurement.
