Abstrak
Providing a carefully structured programme for the teaching and learning of grammar and punctuation at Key Stages 1 and 2 (Scotland P1-P6), this book introduces terminology, reinforces concepts, and aims to foster a continuing interest in language. The activities are intended to take their place within the children's experience and study of whole texts, giving opportunities to focus on aspects of grammatical interest. Practical teacher's notes are included, together with a check-list to record progress.
