Abstrak
Loaded with line drawings, this book is an excellent source of inspiration for Art Nouveau projects. Simple and ornate borders, birds and butterflies, stylized flowers, fruit motifs, and human figures are among the images that can be photocopied or traced, and the first section of the book shows how the illustrations can be used to decorate cards, boxes, panels, a bookmark, and a cushion. Complete instructions accompany each of the sample projects, which are appropriate for all skill levels and use techniques ranging from simple coloring and layering to glass painting, parchment crafts, and embossing.
