Edo Fernando, Student ID 2230401025, thesis entitled: “The Influence of Islamic Financial Literacy and Public Trust in Nagari Geragahan on the Interest in Saving at Islamic Banks.” Undergraduate Thesis, Faculty of Islamic Economics and Business, Sharia Banking Study Program, State Islamic University (UIN) Mahmud Yunus Batusangkar. This study was motivated by the phenomenon that many people in Nagari Geragahan, Lubuk Basung District, Agam Regency, prefer to save their money in conventional banks and conduct financial transactions through non-bank financial institutions rather than Islamic banks, despite the fact that the majority of the population is Muslim. This condition indicates that the public's interest in saving at Islamic banks is still relatively low. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the influence of Islamic financial literacy and public trust, both partially and simultaneously, on the interest in saving at Islamic banks. This study employed a quantitative approach using a field research method. The population consisted of the residents of Nagari Geragahan, Lubuk Basung District, Agam Regency. The sample was determined using a random sampling technique, resulting in a total of 99 respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires that had met the validity and reliability requirements. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression, supported by classical assumption tests, hypothesis testing, and the coefficient of determination (R²), using SPSS version 26. The results showed that, partially, Islamic financial literacy had a positive and significant effect on the interest in saving at Islamic banks. Public trust also had a positive and significant effect on the interest in saving at Islamic banks. Simultaneously, Islamic financial literacy and public trust had a positive and significant effect on the interest in saving at Islamic banks. The findings indicate that public trust has a more dominant influence than Islamic financial literacy in increasing the public's interest in saving at Islamic banks in Nagari Geragahan.
