The data were analyzed through Miles and Huberman’s model, involving data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings reveal that seven internal factors contribute to procrastination, including low motivation, low self-efficacy, low self-regulation, perfectionism, academic anxiety, impulsivity, and sensation seeking. In addition, external factors such as social environments, uninteresting or overwhelming tasks, and tight deadlines also influence students’ procrastination behavior.
