Moreover, SLBN 1 Pagaruyung is a driving school and the principal of SLBN Pagaruyung was selected as a KSP validator team throughout West Sumatra. The implementation of monitoring and evaluation carried out by the principal and curriculum development team owned by SLBN 1 Pagarayung, as well as educators and supervisors from the province is a special attraction for researchers to research further. This study uses a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach. Data collection in this study is through observation, in-depth interviews, and document analysis. In this study, the subject of the study was the implementation of the KSP evaluation, the Principal of SLBN 1 Pagaruyunh, and the School Curriculum Development Team. The data analysis used in this study has several steps, including data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawn. In ensuring the validity of the data or information obtained by the researcher, the researcher uses triangulation techniques and reference materials. The results of this study were obtained that in conducting the KSP evaluation, the School Self-Evaluation (EDS) sheet was used as an indicator of the success of this KSP evaluation. The implementation of this evaluation involves several parties, including the principal, the school Curriculum Development Team (TPK), educators, and supervisors from the province. The implementation of the KSP evaluation occurs in three forms of time frequency, namely at the end of the semester, once a week, and the visit of the supervisor three times a semester. However, what is an obstacle in this evaluation process is the quantity and quality of educators in the evaluation process, and the role of parents in this evaluation process is still minimal.
