Abstrak
ABSTRACT Fauziah Azmi, NIM: 1730105014, Thesis title "Development of Student Worksheets (LKPD) that Integrate Islamic Values in Pythagorean Theorem Material in CLASS VIII SMPIT Ma'arif Padang Panjang", Mathematics Tadris Studi Program, Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training, State Islamic University (UIN) Mahmud Yunus, Batusangkar, 2024. This research starts from one of the problems of mathematics learning in schools, namely the existence of learning resources that are only handled by educators, while educators only receive learning material from educators during the mathematics learning process. The textbook used by educators in schools is the independent curriculum. Due to the lack of use of textbooks by students, the learning process lacks meaning and is still received from educators and the learning process is not in accordance with the rules of the independent curriculum. This influences the mathematics learning process in discussing and solving problems in mathematics material. Thus, it is necessary to have learning resources that students can use, namely LKPD that are integrated with Islamic values. This integration with Islamic values is in line with the school's vision and mission. The aim of this research is to produce LKPD that integrates Islamic values into the Pythagorean Theorem material. This research uses a development research method with stages, namely "define (definition stage), design (design stage), and develop (development stage)". In the definition stage, researchers used interviews with mathematics teachers and students, analyzing the syllabus and ATP for class VIII mathematics. In the design stage, the researcher prepared a prototype of the LKPD. The development stage is to produce learning tools that have been revised based on input from validators (validation). The instrument used in this research is a validation sheet for the LKPD and the data analysis technique in this research is a validation sheet using percentages. In the process of designing the LKPD, the researcher also instilled Islamic values, namely mentioning the name of Allah SWT, visual illustrations, use of terms, inserting verses from the Koran and Hadith of the Prophet and tracing history. The research results showed that the LKPD which integrated Islamic values to be very valid with the validity results of the comments, suggestions and input of the three validators a score of 85.8%.
