Abstrak
ErmayatiYusa Number 1830103021 THESIS TITLE "Total Implementation Quality Management in the MTsN 17 Tanah Datar library.” Thesis Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training, Islamic Education Management Department Mahmud Yunus Batusangkar State Islamic University 2023. This thesis discusses the Implementation of Total Quality Management in MTsN 17 Tanah Datar library. The problem formulation of this research I show to implement Total Quality Management in the MTsN 17 Tanah Datar library. The aim of this research is to find outhow to implement total quality management in the MTsN 17 Tanah Datar libraryThis research is field research that usesqualitative approach, taking the background of the MTsN 17Tanah Datar Library, Rambatan District, Tanah Datar Regency. TechniqueData collection was carried out through documentary interviews.The research results show that: Implementation of Total Quality Management at the MTsN 17 Tanah Datar library can be obtained through:Responsiveness, Assrance, empathy,Tangibles, Customer Satisfaction Respect to people, Speak with facts, Continuous improvement. Fromimplementation above can be concluded that the implementation of Total Quality Management at the MTsN 17 Tanah Datar library is running well
