Abstrak
Novia Renda. 2030111100, thesis title "The Influence of the Role-Playing Learning Model on Increasing the Self-Confidence of Class IV Students in Learning Indonesian at SDN 13 Salimpaung. Madrasah Ibitidaiyyah Teacher Education Study Program, Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training, Mahmud Yunus Batusangkar State Islamic University, 2024. This research was motivated by the low level of student self-confidence during learning. The aim of this research is to see the influence of the role-playing learning model on increasing the self-confidence of class IV students in learning Indonesian at SDN 13 Salimpaung. This type of research is quasi experimental design research, one-group pretest-posttest type. The population in this study was 18 class IV students at SD Negeri 13 Salimpaung. This research uses a Liker scale instrument, the data analysis techniques used by the examiners are the t-test and n-gain test. The research results show that there is a significant influence of the role-playing learning model on students' self-confidence. The results of the t-test calculation show that to(7.6) tt (1.7) at an alpha value of 0.05, thus Ho is rejected. The percentage increase based on the n-gain calculation increasingly shows that the post-text results have increased by 68% compared to the pre-test.
