Abstrak
Hendrayani Hapsari, NIM. 1802012012, Thesis Title: Development of a Group Guidance Management Model to Improve Student Self Management at the Ulul Albab Dharmasraya Islamic Boarding School. Islamic Education Management Study Program Postgraduate Program at State Islamic University Mahmud Yunus Batusangkar. This research is motivated by: The problem of students in general is that it is difficult to cultivate themselves which has an impact on the ineffectiveness of the results achieved from learning activities at school and outside of school. The purpose of this study was to produce a product management model for group guidance for students at the Putri Ulul Albab Dharmasraya Islamic Boarding School. The type of research carried out is used in research and development (Research and Development). The research development procedure used is define, design, develop and disseminate. The data collection technique uses a workbook validation instrument and a workbook response instrument. The workbook validation test was assisted by 3 lecturers as validators, after the workbook was declared valid, a response questionnaire was distributed to 10 principals and vice principals and teachers at the Putri Ulul Albab Dharmasraya Islamic Boarding School. Filling out the questionnaire using a Likert scale with a rank of 1-4. The data obtained were analyzed qualitatively according to the criteria of validity and practicality. From the results of the development carried out, it can be concluded that the workbook for senior high school curriculum representatives in carrying out performance-based main tasks is declared valid with validation results of 88.14% and practical use with a practicality level of 91.17%.
