ABSTRACT Firdaus Rahmad Y, NIM 1630202024. Thesis Title: "Implementation of Khiyar Rights in Buying and Selling Shoes at Pasar Raya Solok". Department of Sharia Economic Law Sharia Faculty of Islamic Studies, Batusangkar State Islamic Institute 2020 The main problem of this thesis is how to implement the right of khiyar in buying and selling shoes in Pasar Raya Solok, and the analysis of the implementation of khiyar rights in buying and selling shoes at Pasar Raya Solok. The purpose of this study is to find out and explain the implementation of khiyar rights in the sale and purchase of shoes at Pasar Raya Solok, and an analysis of the implementation of khiyar rights in the sale and purchase of shoes at Pasar Raya Solok. The type of research I use is field research. Data sources that I use are primary data sources originating from shoe sellers in Pasar Raya Solok and buyers in Pasar Raya Solok and secondary data contained in the sale and purchase of shoes, with data collection techniques through interviews and documentation. The data processing is done in a qualitative descriptive manner, then described and classified according to the problem aspects and explained through effective sentences. Based on the results of research in the field, the practice that occurs in the exchange of shoes by the seller, if the buyer has bought shoes and apparently does not match the size desired or there is a defect in the goods, the shoes can be exchanged again without a time limit determined by the seller. In exchanging shoes, there are various ways in which the seller does, such as asking for additional money to the buyer on exchange if the buyer exchanges with different types of shoes, the seller also compares cheap shoes with expensive shoes, and the seller also manipulates the size of shoes exchanged by force without knowledge buyer. so that the shoes that are given are standard quality shoes that are cheaper than the previous shoes. Based on the findings of research conducted by the author in Pasar Raya Solok, the sale and purchase transactions carried out by sellers and buyers, most of which are khiyar, where buyers can continue or cancel the sale and purchase made. In general, sellers and buyers do not know what khiyar is. The seller only conducts sale and purchase transactions as has been done in general. Most of the sale and purchase transactions carried out there are khiyar terms and khiyar ghabn. And the sale and purchase transactions carried out by the seller are not in accordance with the sale and purchase according to fiqh and also not in accordance with the application of the terms and conditions of the ghabn.
