Strategi Peningkatan Pembiayaan Produktif Dengan Menggunkan Analisis SWOT pada PT BPRS Gajahtongga Kotopiliang Silungkang

GILBERT FAJRIAN, NIM. 1630401072, Judul Skripsi: “Strategi Peningkatan Pembiayaan ProduktifDengan Menggunakan Analisis SWOT pada PT BPRS Gajahtongga Kotopiliang Silungkang”. Jurusan Perbankan Syariah, Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Islam, Institut Agama Islam Negeri (IAIN) Batusangkar tahun Akademik 2020. Pokok permasalahan dalam SKRIPSI ini adalahPeningkatan Pembiayaan Produktif dengan Menggunakan Analisis SWOT pada PT BPRS Gajahtongga Kotopiliang. Tujuan pembahasan ini untuk menjelaskan analisa strategi dan proses peningkatan pembiayaan produktif pada PT BPRS Gajahtongga Kotopiliang Silungkang. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian lapangan (field research) yang bersifat deskriptif kualitatif.Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data primer yang diperoleh dari wawancara dengan pihak-pihak pada BPRS Gajahtongga Kotopiliang Silungkang, dan data sekunder yaitu data yang diperoleh dari laporan pembiayaan BPRS Gajahtongga Kotopiliang Silingkang.Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah teknik wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, BPRS Gajahtongga Kotopiliang Silungkang memiliki Kekuatan(Strenght) yaitu mutu dan produk yang terjamin,kelemahan(Weakness) yaitu produk yang tidak variatif dan layanan ke publik yang belum memadai, peluang (Oppurtunity) yaitu, memiliki hubungan yang baik dengan nasabah lama maupun yang baru, dan ancaman (Threats),yaitukehadirannya layanan keuanganfinancial technology(fintech). Adapun kendala yang membuat menurunnya pembiayaan di BPRS Gajahtongga Kotopiliang Silungkang diantaranya adalah kurangnya pehaman nasabah, kondisi ekonomi yang menurun, dan ketidakjujuran nasabah dalam melaporkan hasil usahanya.Jadi strategi yang diperlukan oleh BPRS Gajahtongga Kotopilang Silungkang saat ini adalah menggunakan strategi Strenght Oppurtinity (SO) yaitu dengan memaksimumkan faktor kekuatan dan kesempatan yang ada, untuk meningkatkan pembiayaan produktif pada BPRS Gahatongga Kotopiliang Silungkang.
