A ‘qawaid’ teaching technique (uslub) is one of many teaching techniques of language. The choosing technique has to be consistent with teaching method used, and it has to be appropriate with relevant approaches. The application of teaching ‘qawait’ can be combined with some strategies. It means that if a teacher is not successful in applying one technique, s/he can change it with another technique directly. The differences of students’ mastery (not homogen) in class may influence the accuracy and the success of teaching technique used. The data were collected employing such techniques as of test, observation, interview and in depth discussion among the researcher team, peer and collaborator for the reflection and supported by the following tools as reading comprehension test, observation sheet, interview guidance, questionnaire and discussion sheet. Individual development process involves five kinds of processes, namely the growth, differentiation, cellular interactions, movement and metabolism. The fifth process will always be found in every stage of human development (day after day and week after week). Embryology process closely related to the presence and action of genes in the body. Advances in technology have shown that the lack of regulation in the body at the cellular level is called the molecular regulation and signaling.</p><p style="margin: 1em 0px; color: #111111; font-family: Arial, Verdana, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 11.2px; font-style: normal; font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; font-weight: normal; letter-spacing: normal; orphans: 2; text-align: left; text-indent: 0px; text-transform: none; white-space: normal; widows: 2; word-spacing: 0px; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; background-color: #fafafa;"><strong> </strong></p><span style="color: #111111; font-family: Arial, Verdana, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 11.2px; font-style: normal; font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; font-weight: normal; letter-spacing: normal; orphans: 2; text-align: left; text-indent: 0px; text-transform: none; white-space: normal; widows: 2; word-spacing: 0px; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; background-color: #fafafa; display: inline !important; float: none;">Key words ; embryology, developmental of biology</span>

These institutions are expected to give hopes for Moslems for quality improvement of their children. However, such institutions are not yet professionally managed. Fund constrains, less professional management, less systematic curriculums and less qualified teachers are the major common problems faced by the institutions. Consequently, the quality of learning process cannot be well assured. As one of the most influential components of learning, the teachers are not well selected and prepared. Most teachers are volunteers. They are not well prepared, especially in the area of child developmental psychology. This paper elaborates the importance of child developmental psychology to be possessed by teachers who are prepared to be more qualified in teaching at TPA/TPSA/MDA.</em><em></em></p><strong style="color: #111111; font-family: 'Times New Roman', Times, Georgia, serif; font-size: 11.2px; font-style: normal; font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; letter-spacing: normal; orphans: 2; text-align: left; text-indent: 0px; text-transform: none; white-space: normal; widows: 2; word-spacing: 0px; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; background-color: #ffffff;">Kata Kunci:  <span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></strong><span style="color: #111111; font-family: 'Times New Roman', Times, Georgia, serif; font-size: 11.2px; font-style: normal; font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; font-weight: normal; letter-spacing: normal; orphans: 2; text-align: left; text-indent: 0px; text-transform: none; white-space: normal; widows: 2; word-spacing: 0px; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; background-color: #ffffff; display: inline !important; float: none;">TPA/TPSA/MDA, psikologi perkembangan,</span><strong style="color: #111111; font-family: 'Times New Roman', Times, Georgia, serif; font-size: 11.2px; font-style: normal; font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; letter-spacing: normal; orphans: 2; text-align: left; text-indent: 0px; text-transform: none; white-space: normal; widows: 2; word-spacing: 0px; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; background-color: #ffffff;"><span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></strong><span style="color: #111111; font-family: 'Times New Roman', Times, Georgia, serif; font-size: 11.2px; font-style: normal; font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; font-weight: normal; letter-spacing: normal; orphans: 2; text-align: left; text-indent: 0px; text-transform: none; white-space: normal; widows: 2; word-spacing: 0px; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; background-color: #ffffff; display: inline !important; float: none;">perkembangan anak</span>

<p>The research study about the screening of the resistance of red chilli (<em>Capsicum annuum</em> L.) resulted from mutation induced by Ethyl Methane Sulphonate (EMS) on the second generation (M2) to antrachnose diseases has been done by using descriptive method to intensity diseases of Colletotrichum capsici from mutant fruit of second generation. The result showed that the intensity of antrachnose on red chilli generation ranged from 23.69% to 54.82% with tolerance criteria susceptible and very susceptible.</p><p>Key words: mutation induced, ethyl methane sulphonate, antraknosa red chille,  antrachnose</p>
