Maintaining children’s welfare is the basic foundation to achieve daily effective life. Such welfare can be achieved through qualified education where religious educative interaction among the family members. The techniques can be done by means of approaches, such as parents should plan what to say, not in a hurry, be open and be honest to themselves and the children as well. Among the approaches are: 1) open dialog with cildren, 2) critical and creative thinking, and 3) value clarification. The findings show that the teachers were able to integrate PAI instructional materials into health programs conducted by the school. Such integration was especially carried out by means of topic on thaharah. In addition, the teachers took active participation in any health service program at the school. Insulin has an effect on the metabolism of the body. There are significant physiological changes in the body when insulin deficiency or excess. This paper to discusses about the relationship insulin with metabolism of the body through a literature review and mini research. Is the body condition if the excess or deficiency of insulin? The above questions will be answered through the review authors in this article. Weitz report (2007) about the experience of observation insulin shock therapy in patients with schizophrenia. Then, followed by reports of a mini research that have been conducted on insulin shock in fish. <p>This paper introduces the computer vision with the comparison of color methods to classify the variants of fruit (tomatoes, chilies, and apples) which is based on the level or stage of ripe. The color comparison method is quite simple; the tomato images captured by the camera (CCD) will be cropped partly. Then its characteristic color will be extracted and the color grade level will be calculated. The calculation of R (red), G (green) and B (blue) and the transformation of the color to Hue, Saturation, and Value was conducted in order to classify the fruit maturity. Thus, the ripe can be classified into 3, namely Ripe, Half-Ripe, and Un-ripe (not ripe). On contrary, over-ripe cannot be classified because the characteristics of the color is similar with the ripe tomato but the skin texture is slack, so it is not enough to characterize the color used to draw conclusion of being Over-ripe</p>Key words: image processing, computer vision, RGB, HVS

This research was an action research. The subject of this research were 20 junior high school councellors who were accomodated in MGMP (Musyawarah Guru Pembimbing) in Padang Panjang regency. This research applied cyclical process that consisted of some cycles. Therefore, in this research plan, action, observation, and reflection were done in two cycles depended on the achievement of the research objective. Learning strategies that encouraged students’ metacognition were problem-based learning and think pair share. This research employed Research and Development design. There were two main stages in this research: need analysis and prototype design. Need analysis was began with interviewing colleague, analyzing syllabus and lesson plans, analyzing students’ characteristics, analyzing lesson plan literature, self evaluation and metacognition. Prototype design referred to need analysis. Three experts recommended that lesson plans and self evaluation were valid both in terms content and construct.</em>

The problems dealing with teachers’ professionalism must be comprehensively solved dealing with prosperity, qualification, upgrading, protection, registration, certification, and license. This is due to the fact that teacher is considered a profession; not just an ordinary job. This can be seen from internal perspectives, where strengthening social position, job protection, salary improvement, and legal status of this profusion. From external perspectives, the demands that the quality teaching profession should not only be assessed by the training institutions that produce them but also the users, such as profession associations, communities and the institutions where the teachers work. In senior high school level, this service is provided to place students to their relevant department. Previously, before psychological test was used, placing students into particular departments were only on the basis of their learning achievements. Consequently, higher achievement students were placed into natural science department while the lower ones were placed into social science one. Recently, due to the frequent uses of psychological test in recruiting employees and selecting new college entries, the test is also considered in helping school counselor to place their students into their appropriate department, both in terms of potential and academic achievements. The optimized geometry had been obtained by optimizing the bond length (l) arA bond angel (α). The bond surface (δ) was not been optimized since those molecules were assumed to be planar. From there studies it were obtained that the Eg 1,3,4 thiadiazole monomer ard dimer in anti position, monomer and dimer of its substiruted - BH<sub>2</sub><span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span>were 4,35793 eV; 3.31008eV ; 4.8900eV ;3,09322 eV; 3.11124 eV, respectively. Based on Eg. valued it was concluded that monomer substituted by -BH<sub>2</sub>, 1,3,4 thidiazole diamer in anti position and dimmer of its substituted - BH<sub>2<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></sub>have Eg in semiconductor range (1,0-3,5 eV). A Research and Development designed was used. There were two phase were employed; front-back analysis and prototype. The result of front-back analysis showed that the students needed instructional materials to help them imagine surface form. Consequently, instructional materials were designed on the basis of e-learning. Then, validation was conducted by consulting three validators.
