PENGEMBANGAN MULTIMEDIA INTERAKTIF MENGGUNAKAN MACROMEDIA FLASH 8 UNTUK SISWA TUNARUNGU MATA PELAJARAN PAI DAN BUDI PEKERTI DI SLBN 1 LIMA KAUM KABUPATEN TANAH DATAR

ABSTRAK NEMA, NIM 1630101071, Judul Skripsi: “Pengembangan Multimedia Interaktif menggunakan Macromedia Flash 8 untuk Siswa Tunarungu mata pelajaran PAI dan Budi Pekerti di SLBN 1 Lima Kaum Kabupaten Tanah Datar.” Program studi Pendidikan Agama Islam, Fakultas Tarbiyah dan Ilmu Keguruan, Institusi Agama Islam Negeri (IAIN) Batusangkar 2020, dengan jumlah 97 halaman. Pokok permasalahan dalam skripsi ini adalah guru PAI di SLBN 1 Lima Kaum mengajar siswa tunarungu menggunakan media papan tulis, media papan tulis tidak mampu membantu siswa tunarungu memahami materi secara optimal dikarenakan mereka mengalami kesulitan dalam mendengar, untuk itu mereka membutuhkan media yang memiliki unsur visualisasi yang menarik agar dapat meningkatkan pemahaman, minat dan hasil belajar siswa tunarungu. Penelitian ini dibatasi pada permasalahan validitas dan praktikalitas Multimedia Interaktif menggunakan Macromedia Flash 8 untuk Siswa Tunarungu mata pelajaran PAI dan Budi Pekerti di SLBN 1 Lima Kaum Kabupaten Tanah Datar. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini diangkat dengan tujuan untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran berupa multimedia interaktif serta untuk mengetahui validitas dan praktikalitas multimedia interaktif menggunakan Macromedia Flash 8 pada materi sikap santun dan menghargai sesama kelas VII,VIII dan X (Tunarungu) di SLBN 1 Lima Kaum Kabupaten Tanah Datar. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian pengembangan, model pengembangan yang digunakan adalah model pengembangan 4D yang terdiri dari tahap define, design, develop dan disseminate, namun pada penelitian ini hanya dilakukan sampai tahap develop, sedangkan tahap disseminate tidak dilakukan karena keterbatasan dana dan waktu peneliti. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah melalui validitas, observasi, angket dan wawancara. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, maka instrumen dalam penelitian ini adalah lembar validasi, lembar angket respon siswa dan pedoman wawancara. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan dua cara yaitu lembar validasi dan angket yang dianalisis dengan mencari persentase sedangkan hasil wawancara dianalisis dengan teknik deskriptif. Setelah itu ditentukan kualitas dari produk yang dikembangkan. Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilakukan di lapangan, maka dapat diketahui bahwa uji Validasi multimedia interaktif menggunakan Macromedia Flash 8 mata pelajaran PAI dan Budi Pekerti sebesar 88,25% dengan kategori sangat valid. Sedangkan uji Praktikalitas melalui angket respon siswa memperoleh persentase 91,28% dengan kategori sangat praktis. Berdasarkan hasil validasi dan praktikalitas tersebut maka multimedia interaktif ini layak dan efektif digunakan untuk siswa tunarungu pada mata pelajara PAI dan Budi Pekerti.

Competence Development and Assessment in TVET (COMET)

The transferability of vocational education and training qualifications across international borders is a live issue in this heterogeneous field. Key to this goal is defining a common methodology for measuring vocational competences. The study deploys longitudinal analysis to explore issues of competence development, the development of vocational identity, and occupational commitment.
