Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah belum adanya lembaga keuangan syariah di Nagari Alahan Panjang yang secara keseluruhan masyarakat beragama Islam. Masih banyak dari masyarakat yang menganggap lembaga keuangan syariah dan konvensional sama bahkan ada masyarakat yang tidak mengetahui lembaga keuangan syariah. Hal tersebut mengakibatkan rendahnya tingkat literasi keuangan syariah dan kurangnya kesadaran masyarakat tentang manfaat dan ketersediaan alternatif keuangan berbasis syariah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh tingkat literasi keuangan syariah dan kesadaran masyarakat terhadap kebutuhan pendirian lembaga keuangan syariah di Nagari Alahan Panjang. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian lapangan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan data dari hasil penyebaran kuesioner, populasi pada penelitian ini adalah masyarakat Nagari Alahan Panjang berdasarkan tingkat pendidikan, dan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 98 orang responden, teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu Proportionate random sampling dan pengelolaan data melalui Program IBM SPSS 21. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat literasi keuangan syariah dan kesadaran masyarakat berpengaruh terhadap kebutuhan pendirian lembaga keuangan syariah di Nagari Alahan Panjang. Hal ini dibuktikan melalui uji f dengan nilai uji f dengan nilai fhitung > f tabel, yaitu 129,274 > 3,09 dan nilai sig 0,000 0,05. Variabel bebas secara bersama-sama mempengaruhi variabel terikat sebesar 73,1% sisanya 26,9% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain.

Deckungsbeitragsrechnung, Wertschopfungsrechnungen, CFRoI, EBIT, Kapitalflussrechnung oder die Berliner Humankapitalbewertungsrechnung. Mit dem Shareholder Value Approach wird die Berliner Balanced Scorecard dynamisiert und zeigt einen Nettokapitalwert der ersparten Ausgaben oder des erzielbaren Mittelzuflusses an, der durch ein Projekt erzielt werden kann, z.B. Humankapital bei der Realisierung der Investition in das Personal. Dies setzt eine akzeptierte Controllinglogik zur Performancemessung im Unternehmen voraus, die z.B. die Finanzorientierte Personalwirtschaft liefert."
