ABSTRAK Sudirman III 222011042 “Implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka Melalui Manajemen Strategik di SMP Negeri 1 Sawahlunto” Penerapan kurikulum di satuan Pendidikan dihadapkan dengan tantangan yang komplit, diantaranya kekurangan sumber daya, kurangnya pelatihan yang memadai, dan keterbatasan waktu pembelajaran, kurangnya sarana prasarana di satuan pendidikan, masih terjadi kelemahan pada literasi dan numerasi, kurangnya pemahaman tentangg bagaimana prinsip pembelajaran berpusat pada peserta didik dan beragamnya kemampuan serta gaya belajar peserta didik. Meskipun demikian, terdapat peluang untuk memperbaiki implementasi melalui manajemen strategi yang dilakukan oleh kepala sekolah dengan analisa yang tajam dan ide-ide yang jitu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat implementasi kurikulum di SMP Negeri 1 Sawahlunto melalui formulasi, implementasi dan pengedalian yang dilakukan secara berkelanjutan dari semua kebutuhan yang diperlukan oleh organisasi dalam upaya mencapai tujuannya.Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif fenomenalogi yang menjelaskan fenomena Manajemen Strategik dalam penerapan kurikulum merdeka di SMP Negeri 1 Sawahlunto dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dengan cara mereduksi Data, kemudian membuat uraian singkat, membuat pola konsep berpikir, membuat hubungan antar variabel atau sejenisnya. Lalu memverifikasi dengan melakukan simpulan, agar penelitian yang dilakukan menemukan jawaban terhadap fenomena yang ada dalam penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka di SMP Negeri 1 Sawahlunto berhasil melalui formulasi, Implementasi dan Evaluasi, , maka lahirlah Strategi yang Unik diantaranya : 1. Strategik dalam Formulasi kurikulum Merdeka, dengan melakukan Analisis Visi, Misi dan Tujuan Sekolah, Analisis SWOT dan Evaluasi Program Sekolah. 2. Manajemen Strategik implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka dengan penerapan serta pengembangan Visi, Misi dan Tujuan sekolah, pengembangan Analisis SWOT, berimplikasi peningkatan mutu Pendidikan di SMP Negeri 1 Sawahlunto, maka dalam omplementasi tersebut melahirkan kesepakatan kerja (MoU) bersama Badan Usahan Milik Daerah (PTBA UPO). b) Kerjasama dengan Alumni dalam pembiayaan lomba, baik Olimpiade maupun kegiatan lainnya. Kemudian tarakhir melakukan Evaluasi atau pengendalian terhadap Rencana dan Implementasi program kurikulum Merdeka di SMP Negeri 1 Sawahlunto, evaluasi adalah Teknik dan Metode Kepala SMP Negeri 1 Sawahlunto dalam pengendalian kurikulum di SMP Negeri 1 Sawahlunto dalam formulasi, implementasi dan pemantauan yang dilakukan secara berkelanjutan dari semua kebutuhan yang diperlukan oleh organisasi dalam upaya mencapai tujuannya.

The Politics of Second Generation Discrimination in American Indian Education

Academic grouping techniques are often subtle methods of discrimination that allow schools to sort students into homogenous groups. Findings indicate that American Indian students are overrepresented in lower-ability special education classes and in suspensions. Conversely, American Indian students are underrepresented in gifted classes and in graduations. A model, including American Indian representation, education, and income, as well as school district size, explains the amount of second generation discrimination faced by American Indian students. School districts that have greater American Indian political power have greater political representation on the school board and hence greater representation in school administration and in classrooms. The most important and consistent factor limiting the amount of second generation discrimination that American Indian students experience is the presence of American Indian teachers.

An Analysis Of Unit Cohesion In The 42nd Alabama Infantry

On 16 May 1862, 904 soldiers formed ranks for the first time and unfurled the virgin colors of the 42nd Alabama Infantry Regiment. These 904 soldiers were a mixture of veterans, volunteers, conscripts, and substitutes. The regiment participated in nine western theater battles and their associated campaigns. These campaigns included Corinth, Vicksburg, Lookout Mountain, Atlanta, and Bentonville. Not one battle was a victory but the heat of battle forged a band of brothers tempered with time. The regiment cased its colors for the last time on 9 April 1865 in a desolate North Carolina field; only ninety-eight soldiers remained at the end of this bloody national struggle. This thesis will identify the timeless factors of cohesion within the 42nd Alabama. This thesis will further determine the most prominent of these factors, specifically within the remaining ninety eight soldiers. Finally, this thesis will explore the value of cohesion to the current military force. This thesis incorporated sources from the The War of the Rebellion: A Compilation of the Official Records of the Union and Confederate Armies, Confederate Veteran, The Southern Historical Papers, personal diaries and letters, census records, compiled service records, sources from the Alabama State Archives and the National Park Service. After the examination of numerous factors, to include discipline, leadership, and morale, the common factor that held the core members of the unit together until the end was the “original volunteer” soldiers of 1861. These soldiers formed the cohesive bond of the unit by instilling a common conviction and devotion to duty within the 42nd Alabama. The final analysis reinforces the value of the volunteer soldier and the worth of an “all-volunteer” force.
