Excerpt: Messiah Foundation International (MFI or ) (previously known as RAGS International) is an interfaith spiritualist organization established by Younus AlGohar under the guidance of Ra Gohar Shahi, in early 2002, to promote the Goharian Philosophy of Divine Love. Although the RAGS International was formed in 1980, AlGohar renamed it as Messiah Foundation International soon after the disappearance of Shahi. The organization claims to be a syncretic fulfillment of Christian, Muslim, Jewish and Hindu prophecy, with Shahi depicted as the messianic figure of many religions, given the title of Mehdi, Messiah, and Kalki Avatar as well as the generic "Awaited One" prophesied by other religions.
