Based on some linguists’ research there are several factors that might cause the death of the language. They are: natural disaster, war and ethnic clearance, epidemic sickness, hegemony of a foreign language, inferior of language sense, migration, political decision, and intercultural marriage problem. In this article the writer would like to anlayze each point of the factors above. The conclusion is a language is like other human life; born, live, develop, lying up and death. Maintaining children’s welfare is the basic foundation to achieve daily effective life. The techniques can be done by means of approaches, such as parents should plan what to say, not in a hurry, be open and be honest to themselves and the children as well. Among the approaches are: 1) open dialog with cildren, 2) critical and creative thinking, and 3) value clarification. The findings show that the teachers were able to integrate PAI instructional materials into health programs conducted by the school. Such integration was especially carried out by means of topic on thaharah. In addition, the teachers took active participation in any health service program at the school. This research was an action research. The subject of this research were 20 junior high school councellors who were accomodated in MGMP (Musyawarah Guru Pembimbing) in Padang Panjang regency. This research applied cyclical process that consisted of some cycles. Therefore, in this research plan, action, observation, and reflection were done in two cycles depended on the achievement of the research objective. Learning strategies that encouraged students’ metacognition were problem-based learning and think pair share. This research employed Research and Development design. There were two main stages in this research: need analysis and prototype design. Need analysis was began with interviewing colleague, analyzing syllabus and lesson plans, analyzing students’ characteristics, analyzing lesson plan literature, self evaluation and metacognition. Prototype design referred to need analysis. Three experts recommended that lesson plans and self evaluation were valid both in terms content and construct.</em>

In senior high school level, this service is provided to place students to their relevant department. Previously, before psychological test was used, placing students into particular departments were only on the basis of their learning achievements. Consequently, higher achievement students were placed into natural science department while the lower ones were placed into social science one. Recently, due to the frequent uses of psychological test in recruiting employees and selecting new college entries, the test is also considered in helping school counselor to place their students into their appropriate department, both in terms of potential and academic achievements. The finding showed that students responded positively toward realistic mathematic learning and realistic mathematic learning was effective in activating students. Among those problems are: drug abuse, drunks, students fights, free sex, and lack of religious practices. To RLC series ac circuit resonant frequency is got when the value of electric current maximum and minimum to RLC parallel ac circuit. The result an exsperiment, in RLC series ac circuit by using R = 99,5 ohm and R= 32,136 ohm have frequence resonance 1800 Hz, and 1950 Hz for R = 9,185 ohm.Whereas in RLC parallel ac circuit with R = 99,5 ohm have frequence resonance 2000 Hz, and have range 1800 – 1900 Hz to R= 32,136 ohm,if R = 9,185 ohm frequence resonance 1800 Hz. The value frequence resonance by using formula on theory is 1808,53 Hz. A Research and Development designed was used. There were two phase were employed; front-back analysis and prototype. The result of front-back analysis showed that the students needed instructional materials to help them imagine surface form. Consequently, instructional materials were designed on the basis of e-learning. Then, validation was conducted by consulting three validators.
