Any attempts made in improving human resources quality without involving teacher will end in difficulties since the teacher is the key persons in determining the quality of education. Consequently, teachers are expected to have professionalism by mastering such competencies as pedagogic, professional, social and personal. To ensure the mastery of those competencies, various programs need to carry out. Based on the data analysis and discussion, it was found that the students’ ability in finding solution was good. Among those problems are: drug abuse, drunks, students fights, free sex, and lack of religious practices. In the last decade, the number of victims of the drugs endangers the existence of the nation in the future. One of those efforts is through counseling approach by strengthening perception, attitude, understanding and commitment to enhance holistically healthy life style. Among the problems are: Learning orientation still emphasizes cognitive aspect, cooperation between teachers of Islamic education subject and other teachers has not been well developed, methods of learning tends to be monotonous, and the like. As a result, the goals of Islamic education subject which should focus more on affective aspects seems to be ignored. Consequently, many students know much about Islamic education subject but they know very little about the implementation in real life.
