This study was motivated by the phenomenon of increasing student achievement at H. Nur Abdullah Tahfiz Al-Qur’an Islamic Boarding School, which is assumed to be influenced by the implementation of integrated Total Quality Management (TQM) and student discipline. However, the extent to which these two factors affect student achievement has not been empirically examined. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the effect of integrated TQM and student discipline, both partially and simultaneously, on student achievement. This study employed a quantitative approach with a correlational research design. The research population consisted of teachers, dormitory supervisors, and second- and third-grade students, totaling 134 respondents. A sample of 100 respondents was selected using probability sampling through a stratified proportional sampling technique. Data were collected using questionnaires measuring integrated TQM, student discipline, and student achievement, and were analyzed using simple linear regression and multiple linear regression. The results indicate that integrated TQM has an effect on student achievement, student discipline influences student achievement, and the integration of TQM and student discipline simultaneously affects student achievement at H. Nur Abdullah Tahfiz Al-Qur’an Islamic Boarding School. These findings suggest that improving student achievement requires an integrated quality management system and consistent reinforcement of student discipline within the educational process.
